This pair of Royalton stools edited by XO was designed by the French designer Philippe Starck for the Royalton Hotel located in New-York, entirely renovated in 1988 at the request of its director, Ian Schrager.

This major hotel project was an opportunity for the designer to express his creativity in his personal but also modern dimension. The aluminum base and the seat are covered with an orange fabric.
