This oak sideboard is a French piece from the 1940s. The body is supported by fluted legs, which lend a sense of lightness to this generously proportioned piece. The solid wood handles on the three drawers add a rhythmic touch to the front. The geometric decorations complement two carved panels inspired by plants and animals. This sideboard is in good original condition. It has been restored whilst preserving its beautiful period patina.
