Dining table in the style of Charles Dudouyt, 1940

Reference : D1859

This dining table is a French piece from the 1940s, reminiscent of the work of Charles Dudouyt. Crafted from solid oak, it is distinguished by its sculptural base. The sides are adorned with an abstract relief design, whilst the base of the legs, comprising turned wooden cylinders, emphasises its geometric character. The rectangular top is decorated with a chequerboard pattern of veneer and features two retractable extensions, each 44 cm long, allowing the table’s seating capacity to be easily increased. This dining table is in fine original condition. It has been restored whilst preserving its original patina.
